To work with Write Letters

You can easily send letters to the customers or vendors with this command. There are sets of prewritten and preformatted business letters. It include collection letters, thank you notes and more.

  • Click on the Write Letters tab from the Company menu.

  • And then you have to choose one of the following options.

    a) Prepare a collection Letter - Selects customers depends on how late that their payment are. You can choose the letter that you want to send at here.

    b) Prepare Another Type of Letters - Choose from announcements, thank you, and other letters that
    you’d like to send.

    c) Design QuickBooks Letters - Create a new type letter, editing the existing one, move/copy them.
