How to edit an Invoice

To edit an Invoice

    • First of all, you have to choose the Chart of Accounts from the List menu.

    • Double-click on the account that you want to edit to open its register:

    - For an invoice, double-click Accounts Receivable.

    - For a cash sale, double-click Undeposited Funds.

    • In the register, double-click the transaction you want to edit.

    • And then you can edit the form as needed.

    • Finally, save the changes. If the form does not have a Save button, click OK.
