How to work with Cash Sales
To work with Cash Sales
You can use this procedure when you make a sale for which you receive full payment at the time of the sale. Cash sales can include payments by cash, check, or credit card.

First of all, you have to enter to the Customers menu and click on the Cash Sales tab as shown as the picture below.

And then you will see the Enter Cash Sales as shown below.

So, you have to enter the name of the customer: job now.

Then select a class to the sale.

Choose a template from the Form Template drop-down list.

After that fill in the top part of the sales form and the line item area.

Enter a message for your customer in the Customer Message field.

Change the sales tax shown in the Tax field.
