To work with Cash Sales

You can use this procedure when you make a sale for which you receive full payment at the time of the sale. Cash sales can include payments by cash, check, or credit card.

    • First of all, you have to enter to the Customers menu and click on the Cash Sales tab as shown as the picture below.

    • And then you will see the Enter Cash Sales as shown below.

    • So, you have to enter the name of the customer: job now.

    • Then select a class to the sale.

    • Choose a template from the Form Template drop-down list.

    • After that fill in the top part of the sales form and the line item area.

    • Enter a message for your customer in the Customer Message field.

    • Change the sales tax shown in the Tax field.
